Résumé
The Debian Med project aims at integration of all important free medical software into Debian and so VistA is on the todo list for a long time. We now gathered the necessary knowledge and manpower to fullfill this goal and finally found the means to tackle the goal for an "apt-get install vista". At the time of writing this does not yet work however, the talk will cover the way the Debian Med team works together with upstream, spreading the knowledge of Debian packaging and finally be the missing link between developers of free medical software and users in medical care.
