La conférence a pour objectif de présenter les règles juridiques applicables aux logiciels libres, les différentes licences libres, sa nature contractuelle, et les questions restant ouvertes. Après un panorama de la jurisprudence en France et dans le monde (Etats Unis, Allemagne, notamment), des bonnes pratiques seront proposées. Sera abordé le cas pratique suivant : un logiciel développé à plusieurs (entreprises utilisatrices, université, société de développement) peut-il “passer” en libre ? sous quelles conditions ?
